Oats Dosa - Healthy Indian Breakfast

Have a wonderful and healthy breakfast with Oats Dosa.


Ingredients

1. Urad Dal/Uzhunnu Parippu - 1 cup
2. Oats - 3 cups
3. Fenugreek seeds/Uluva - 1 tsp
4. Water - To soak and grind
5. Salt - As per taste
6. Ghee - As required


Method

1. Soak Urad Dal and Fenugreek seeds for approximately 3-4 hours and grind it with enough water.
2. Soak oats for 15 minutes and grind to form a smooth batter.
3. Mix it together and add some salt. Keep it overnight.


4. Heat tawa or non-stick pan. Brush some ghee and pour batter into it.
5. Spread the batter in circular motion and roast it.

6. Healthy oats dosa is ready to serve.


Note: Oats dosa goes well with any chutney or curries. You may avoid ghee if you want.
