A very tasty tea time snack.
Ingredients
1. Ethappazham / Ripe Banana - 3, each sliced into 4 pieces
2. Maida - 3/4 cup
3. Rice flour - 1 1/2 tbsp
4. Sugar - 1 tsp
5. Cumin seeds - A pinch
6. Turmeric powder - A pinch
7. Water - 1 cup
8. Salt - As per taste
9. Coconut oil - For deep frying
Method
1. Mix all ingredients from 2 to 8 to form a smooth batter.Make sure that the batter is not too thin.
2. Dip the banana pieces in the batter.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Add the banana pieces coated in batter.
4. Fry till golden brown. Drain oil with a paper towel.
5. Enjoy Pazham pori with a cup of hot tea. :)
